Miguel García Gómez, 26 year old player from Malaga, born in Coín. He is a right back who offers security on the right flank, confident in defence and with a great dedication.

• When did you start playing football?

I started playing when I was 6 years old.

• In which team did you start playing?

My first team was Athletic de Coín.

•  What do you like most about the club’s project?

Their familiarity and closeness to the players.

• In which position do you feel most comfortable?

Right back.

• About your team colleagues, who have surprised you the most?

Javi López.

• Who do you like most as player in the squad?

Francis Caturla.

• What do you hope for the next season?

To be able to play many games and enjoy this beautiful category.

• Which match from last season would you choose? Personally and played as a team.

Personally I enjoyed a lot the game in Motril and as a team, the victory in Marbella.

•  Who would you say has been your idol or reference point?

I have always liked Raúl González a lot.

• Who is the best player you have played against?

Antonio Puertas from Granada.

• Do you have any rituals before matches?

Plenty of them! entering with the right foot, greeting with the right hand, wearing your sock backwards?

•  Do you have any hobbies?

Golf.
