First point on the opening day of the season

It was a draw in a difficult match at the Vivar Téllez stadium

Málaga derby on the first match of the league.

The match started with the Greens having the upper hand in the first 20 minutes of play.

After those first few minutes, the home team took a step forward, but in the 42nd minute, Javier Forján scored Juventud Torremolinos CF’s first goal in the 2nd RFEF.

We were ahead at half-time, but just at the beginning of the second half, in the 50th minute, Vélez CF scored the equaliser.

Our team pressed and soon after, once again Javier Forján, the 9th player, put us ahead on the scoreboard.

The Greens continued to play their game, but a great local goalkeeper made several saves.

From the 75th minute onwards, Vélez CF started to attack aggressively and on a direct ball into the box on 81 st minute, Vélez CF levelled the score.

A draw in the league’s first match, in a very tight game.
